New Technical Report is Kraig Biocraft Labororatories Inc. (KBLB)We know biotechs and KBLB needs to be put immediately on your watchlist tomorrow morning as the buzz is starting to grow once again in this very popular company. You know we love following unique biotech companies and have witnessed some remarkable stories proven by our past due diligence reports. Can KBLB be added to our hall of fame list of biotechs? This might be very possible if the current technicals continue to reverse in trend and if the company continues to update the large shareholder base with more promising news. Before we look into why microcap investors are so bullish with the recent company developments, lets focus on this novelty technology and the current technicals!

What is the fuss about Kraig Biocraft Laboratories, Inc. Novelty Science and Technology?

Kraig Biocraft Laboratories, Inc. (KBLB) is applying its proprietary genetic engineering technology to find solutions in the areas of material science. They are developing commercial polymers (fibers) which they believe will have broad applications for the multi billion dollar textile industry and in the market place for high strength materials. Their investments in genetic research are focused on product development and innovative near term solutions to the practical problems of our world. These investments have recently resulted in our widely heralded success in developing recombinant spider silks and the first ever technology for commercial production of the same!

Looking at the technical chart below, KBLB has slowly bounced back after dipping to a low of $.082 back in mid August. Since then it has reversed in technical trend heading back up to a high of $.11. Last week KBLB closed flat at $.101. However we noticed that the investor interest and buzz has been growing ever since their last announcement earlier this month! Volume has recently spiked and microcap investors are pouring back into this company. After this corporate development and finding a bottom, KBLB has shown us that this support is real! With support comes accumulation and shown in the chart below. The consolidation is holding KBLB at $.10 and can KBLB finally find its next leg this week? With the slow and steady reversal from $.082 closing down a whooping -54% from its 52-week high of $.22, we might be in store for a technical breakout! Now why are microcap investors buzzing again this month? Lets find out below!

Why are microcap investors so fired up about KBLB again? Well earlier this month KBLB released some very promising news that, "it signed a commercial license agreement with the University of Notre Dame regarding spider silk technologies. The agreement awards Kraig the exclusive worldwide commercial rights to certain spider silk technologies which the Company jointly developed with the University of Notre Dame. Pursuant to the agreement, the University of Notre Dame will become a shareholder of the Company. The University will also receive a 2% royalty of the Company's net sales of products which incorporate the technology.

The subject of the agreement is the definitive spelling out of rights for the commercialization of what the Company refers to as "generation one" spider silk technology. The agreement confirms the Company's exclusive right to the commercial development of spider silk textiles derived from the subject technology. "Due to the significance of this technology it was important that we craft an agreement that benefits Kraig, our shareholders and the University," stated Kim Thompson, Company CEO and founder. "We are very happy to welcome the University of Notre Dame as our newest shareholder. We are also very happy to formally consummate this commercial license agreement covering the commercial rights to this exciting technology which we have been developing with the University."

"Our collaboration with university laboratories has been fundamental to the rapid progress we have made in the development of spider silk," Thompson continued. "The commercial license agreement reflects that sentiment and lays the groundwork for the Company's commercialization of spider silk technologies." ".
