Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HTZ) – HTZ has recovered from its sell off yesterday and has hit a high today of $10.74 so far. HTZ is expected to make a new bid to acquire Dollar Thrifty (NYSE: DTG) as Avis (NYSE: CAR) tries to make a bid. Who will get DTG? Stay tuned for updates.
 
United Rentals, Inc. (NYSE: URI) – URI climes higher today as it released earning reports better than analyst had predicted. URI hit a high so far today of $12.25 on good volume.
