While CTIC was halted at 12:09pm exactly an hour and a half before the lift we stated "FDA Panel went 9-0 against CTIC, shares will drop big time, we will wait for an entry to play the bounce. WHY? because the real FDA decision is on April 23rd, so its not over just yet. So again wait to see where the bottom is. Remember this is a broader market stock, so be careful" Then TOONICE stated to his VIPs,
